Roblox Builds Strength

Source: Google Finance. This is not investment advice.

Roblox Corp. ($RBLX) - Roblox continues it's surge picking up another 9%. The company had recently received an increase to its Relative Strength(RS) rating, up to 73 from its previous 69. This is likely related to yesterday's jump, and will continue to increase as $RBLX remains steady in its price point.

NVIDIA ($NVDA) - In February, as cryptocurrency prices spiked, Nvidia released new processors specifically for mining crypto. It booked $155 million in revenue from CMP cards in its fiscal first quarter, which ended May 2, and expected sales of $400 million in the current quarter. With the current dip in the crypto market, these lofty goals may have optimistic undertones leading to the slight pullback, but it still remains incredibly difficult to land a new GPU whether gaming or crypto oriented.

New Sonic Game Announced By Sega

Source: murphysmultiverse.com

Yesterday, Sega hosted their Sonic The Hedgehog anniversary stream, and showed all their viewers a short but ultra exciting teaser trailer for their next 3D game in the Sonic The Hedgehog series. Developed by Sonic Team, yesterday's announcement marks the first Sonic game advancement since Sonic Forces back in 2017. Currently, there is still no news of a title for the new game, but Sega has confirmed that it will release on PC, the Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S. It was also stated that it will likely release sometime in 2022. The team has reported that the game is still in heavy development, so there likely will not be any more concrete updates for a while.

While still rather vague, the trailer does provide a few small details and teasers from the upcoming game. Sonic can be seen speeding through what appears to be a forest, but there are some smaller details and small colors in the background of the wooded area that suggest there's more to the scenery than meets the eye. Many fans are speculating that the colors look a lot like circuitry, suggesting that there may be some sort of city or factory behind the forest.

There is a high chance that Sonic may have some new ability or powerup in this upcoming game. Many new games that are based on series like this often have new powerups and additions with each installment, such as with the Mario franchise. Many of the previous 3d games, such as Sonic Generations or Sonic Colors, have had their own special twists and features that make them unique and loved. Unfortunately, we can't tell if we're going to love or hate this game just yet, but we're definitely intrigued and ready for more news soon! You can check out their livestream here.
